Les has more than 30 years of business and leadership experience. He began his career in the media business, working with newspapers across the country to make them successful, including 15-years as publisher of the Amarillo (TX) Globe-News.
After leaving the newspaper business in 2018, Les was approached by a career ownership coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source and took a journey of education, awareness and discovery that led him to launch his own coaching career. He now helps clients explore business ownership as a career option and takes them on the same journey he took.
He’s worked with hundreds of clients, providing a safe space for them to explore their possibilities and placed individuals in business in Texas, Oklahoma, New Jersey, Michigan, Minnesota and other cities throughout the country.
